A physical street address is required for delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer a flat rate for Ground shipping of $10.00 on any order in the Contiguous U.S.

Orders placed before 10:30am, Central Standard Time (CST), Monday - Thursday, will arrive in the next two business days. Orders placed after 10:30am (CST) will arrive in the next three business days.

We ship via UPS Ground and Two-Day to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. However, if your order includes Home Fragrance Mists, we will ship your order UPS Two-Day Air and all additional shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. What if I place my order on a holiday or weekend?
All orders placed over the weekend are received the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 additional days for order confirmation.
Thymes offices and shipping department will be closed on certain holidays. Orders submitted on these days will not be processed until the next open business day.
